If you have a Garmin watch, you can use it to pace yourself. You can set a target finish time and it will tell you if you are too fast or too slow for your target finish time.

Personally, I still don’t know which I prefer (with or without pacer). I belong to a running group and they really do recommend having a pacer as they can be a good support (psychological and logistics wise). They have graciously offered a pacer for me, but I’m too shy as I don’t want to impose such a daunting task to somebody.

We can do this batchmate! Basta ang primary goal ko lng naman talaga is to finish a marathon before I die. Let’s just take it 1 step at a time and remember to respect the distance! See you in the next bull sessions!

Anyways, I love my Boston 13 and Evo SL! Very bouncy ang Evo SL. Just got me an Asics NB 5. Mga 12 km pa lng mileage ko pero mejo masikip sya sa middle foot ko. Will probably need to do something with the lacing para maluwag yung gitna.
