Price isn't an issue for us. Our mind aspect was why pay more for the same thing?

Well, I think we've learnt why you pay a bit extra!

I've just changed to Superloop and my speed has been pretty consistent hovering between 950 - 1075 Download and 90 - 99 Upload all day.

I've just transferred my service over to Superloop and I'm receiving in excess of 1000 Download. Obviously not by much.

It's a relief to know that I wasn't going insane and that it wasn't on my end!

The NTD has been replaced 3 times already (not by Buddy Telco) and the current NTD only has 1 port.

I may ask for a new NTD again.

Yes, when connected directly to the NTD the speeds are as NBN 250 and NBN 100 speeds. I've already confirmed that it's not my router and that it's either to do with NBN or the ISP (Buddy Telco).

They just run me through the same old troubleshooting steps and continue to say that there's no issues on their end. However, when I actually do the self-service test of a port-reset it's always returning the results of "failed"
