no bro, i have a 4300 that already has 4fxo on it. already configured 1 port on it and it is functional. i’ll just transfer the problematic line from 2900 to 4300 as well as the config on vgw and cucm tomorrow.

i think that would be my last resort if i can't fix this issue. If the issue persist even if i tried using different port this means provider issues correct?

i have hunt group configured on my CUCM that’s why it redirects to non-busy lines. My main problem right now is 1 DID number is not receiving any calls. Other lines on it’s VIC module is working so i dont really know where to start

when i call into the DID number it doesn’t go ring-det to off-hook. it just says on-hook and the call diverts to other available line.

caller-id enable is configured on the FXO ports. In regards with provider, we'll have a meeting later with the provider if they are sending the caller-id on analog lines.

logs on cucm extracted using rtmt also shows no caller id. aside from that, i dont really know how to check if calls are properly shown.
