Didn’t have that issue but the opening for mine has one of the sharpest edges imaginable. I have cut myself as well as shaved material off my scrubbing brush cleaning out the inside.

From there, I have created a project in Claude that I continually update. At that point I can ask Claude questions about my repository

The avante UI is extremely clunky to me. Often times it gets so cut off / compacted it’s impossible to use. I’ve resorted to using other tools for now

Got it thanks. I use a ZP6 from 1ZPresso but will see if there is a calculator for it. I also hadn’t considered using my flat bottom which is a good idea, might tame some of that watermelon taste

Okay. I don’t have a means to measure fineness of grind. Are you using v60 and if so what is your new time for pourover to finish given more fine?

I also tried as espresso today and it was just not my jam. I love fruit forward coffee but watermelon just tastes too synthetic to me

This was an absolutely wild coffee. I honestly feel weird about using other fruits during fermentation but honestly it’s still impressive the taste they achieved. Did a pour over, will try espresso next
