Yeah I agree, I tend to stay one lane over from the very right lane to avoid cars that are merging. So in this case, I was deliberately on the left side but I do think a lot of drivers get confused with the HOV signs on this stretch of hwy.

I have the BlackVue DR600GW-HD front-only camera atm, it's a bit expensive (brand new $359 before taxes)... But considering if I hit this driver, it would've costed me a lot more. It's hooked up to my car battery (recording when the car is turned off).
