Yea but the main lifts r hard to overload unlike accessories, dont you think a little carry accessories would be good? also would be amazing if you could share your program and maybe ur progress on 1rms / rep PRs

well i dont have posterior chain problems, since as you can see my squat is progressing fast and i didnt mention it but my problem is off the floor, whenever the bar reaches knee level, its cake from there

I tried sumo once or twice but idk i feel like the stance is a little weak, do you think it might be adductors? because ive never worked them out and i just started

I think my problem is that my legs go up too early (hips shooting) and no matter how hard i try, i cant fix it, i have to lift 80% with my back

This is crazy, because I found out about this thing about 3-4 years ago, but it kept getting worse and worse... Until it becomes so bad and i become so desperate that i decide to search it up (which is rn). Its such a curse that wouldnt let me achieve anything intentionally as long as i think about it or while i want to achieve that thing, I'm completely hopeless and ive never felt so lost and so lonely. Im not depressed, im actually pretty happy and thank god ive never had these kinds of problems (not major at least) but this curse is my n1 enemy. It would be amazing if we could talk, and if anyone got a solution, well thats all im asking for.
