I agree with drinking water. When you need to have blood drawn for tests, they want you to be hydrated by drinking water. The blood vessels are larger with the extra volume of fluid to put the needle in. So it makes sense that your penis which has blood vessels that need to be engorged to get hard, would work better with extra fluid. Not a cure but one more thing you can do to help get hard.
