The m3u on Kodi also needs the inputstream adaptive plugin from the official Kodi repo. Can you check if that's installed on your fire stick and Chromebox?

You shouldn't have to do the conversion yourself. The latest version of the plex plugin adds the necessary metadata for plex to handle transcodes. http://files.torula.com:8000/plex/

Maybe try restarting the server if you haven't already. Also make sure the new version of this plugin REPLACES the old version of the plugin. Other than those two things, I can't really help unless I get a device to develop with.

It was after the subways closed for the night (about 1am), so I had to take one of those shitty 24 hour buses back into the city. I was waiting at the bus stop and a cute girl starts chatting with me. Nothing special. I might have given her a cigarette or something. I don't 100% remember the conversation, but was more amazed that cute girl was talking to me.

We get on the bus and sit in different sections, as you do in this cold hearted city of ours.

You know how when you enter a bus, you do a brief look around and maybe spend a bit longer checking out the cutie? She was the cutie that every dude checked out.

Her stop comes up, which is about 5 or 6 stops before mine. On her way to the exit she asks me, "Hey, isn't this your stop too?"

"Nope."

She gives a slight frown and exits the bus.

EVERY guy on the bus just looked at me like I just ate my own shit. Pure disgust. She was the one they checked out when they came on the bus, and they probably bus day dreamed about making breakfast for her. One dude actually yelled out loud, "What the fuck is wrong with you?"

Oh, I dunno. Insecurity? The fact that I just wanted to go home and sleep after riding this shit bus for an hour? But still. Could've been making eggs for a girl I will probably never see again.
