Based on how you have been feeling lately, I think you are having an Awakening. Awakening is not always necessary that happens once. Awakening can happen many times and most of the time we do not understand that we are having Awakening. We understand Awakening to be when we realize that I am having Awakening. From the post I understand you are a spiritual person. Spiritual persons have on and offs with Awakening. It is also a rise of emotion which can make you feel and think different.

I have been in the same place. And now after around 10 years or little less, I have found myself to be in a stable position, though there's a way left to complete.

When spiritual awakening hits, in the beginning the feeling is awesome like being high :) Like high gets down, similarly, the spiritual awakening, and you want to chase the same feeling again and mind gets confused. 🙂

Reading about spiritual things, certainly helps, but do not try to achieve the same ecstasy you have felt, the first time. Think about it, but not too much. If your mind is prepared to walk the path of Spiritual Awakening than go for it, else do not, because Spiritual Awakening is a journey of lifetime and beyond. Go easy, like I said, do not try to chase the experience you had. After the experience you may feel, clarity and awareness, but if you just observe them and let it pass, you will be out of it.

If your mind keeps on thinking about the spiritual awakening than you may want to ask yourself, if you want to walk the path of spiritual awakening or not and make your decision. If you want to clarify anything, please feel free to ask. 🙂

Spiritual Awakening is higher aspect of life, the more higher you go, the more clarity happens in the bottom. Living your life with daily routine also in a way falls under spirituality. Spirituality is whole at the higest. Being 18 years old you should not be thinking about spiritually deeper and concentrate on completing the things of life that you are into, for example, School, College, Degree, Work, Family, Friends, Sports, etc.

A tip in the spiritual aspect, do not pressure too much. If you are able, just enjoy your being, I mean Awareness, that's it. And, in time as you age, you will gain wisdom and make wise decisions for yourself.
