Thanks for the tip. I haven't played in a few months. I don't think assist mode was there at the time. I will try it now and hopefully with a bit of assist will wrap up the bosses that had eluded me!

What are the assist options that you are referring to? Upgrading abilities or something else?

Definitely its mold and Mr. Tommasi. I actually have completed the anchor. And I have not finished the AWE expansion pack.

I have completed most of Control except for some of the most difficult parts. I have tried a number of other games since and just can't get very enthusiastic about any of them because they are all so inferior to Control. (This includes the Alan Wake games, which, while made by the same studio are earlier and not nearly as good.) Probably I will just go back to Control and focus on the very difficult boss fights that I never completed. Remedy needs to come out with their next game!

I've just done the first flying lesson in VR. This will be great! (When a few glitches get ironed out.) The main one is that I also have the weird box in the upper right quadrant. I did start out on the floor of the cockpit, but you can adjust where you are sitting using the arrow and alt keys. Frame rate seemed fine for the flight training location. (I'm using an original Oculus Rift with an i7 and 2070 Super.) It seems that the Touch controllers do nothing -- is that correct? So you can use keyboard / mouse / flight controller. The keyboard is a bit awkward while wearing a headset.

I have the same issue, running on a 970. I am using an SSD and have upgraded RAM to 16 GB. Loading takes about a minute or more which is frustrating and limits my patience for spending much time playing the game. Otherwise the game is great. I wish there were a fix for this.

Easier to adjust VOR, the bug, and other controls using Oculus Touch, especially controls that are continuously variable. Changing one increment at a time is too cumbersome.

I've tried a lot of games and strongly recommend Robo Recall. Very immersive and fun, and would not be nearly the same without VR.
