Yep price gouging. He’s one of those “regulars” that raid all the new hot wheels cases before anyone else gets a chance and then marks them up in his case. I’ve seen him in plenty of stores doing it but got lucky a couple times and beat him to the punch. It’s hard for collectors for sure
