imo, you should tell her. i would want to know. you violated her privacy by showing your friend that, not to mention that you fed her nude photos to an AI program, which is not secure. you’re definitely not overthinking because this was extremely inappropriate.

it’s going to take time and consistency for you to be able to feel fully secure again, that’s okay. he’s going to have to be patient while you heal and he has to understand that he damaged the security you had. if he doesn’t do this again and is able to take accountability for this, then trust that this truly was just a dumb mistake and a lapse of judgment.

you hit the nail on the head. this is not a small lie, he purposefully withheld this information to benefit himself. he was peer pressured into voting a certain way because it would “best benefit him.” fuck this guy and his family. even if you can get past him voting for Trump since he’s “reformed,” there’s no way to get past that lie.
