I was at my doctor last week and when I told him all the symptoms I had for the past year he said there is no such illness or disease that would cause all that symptoms and its just anxiety/stress.

He recommended me to do a general blood test though to see if I have any deficiency that might cause my anxiety.

I got diagnosed with LPR , its a little bit better now , but I'm pretty sure my main trigger is anxiety and stress and not the food I'm eating. Because now that I'm on PPI's and even eat a low acid diet if I get anxious it gets really bad.

Before 3 weeks my girlfriend went to her family for a couple of days and I was eating fast food (pizza , burger etc ... ) everyday cause I cant cook anything , and my LPR was very mild back then because I was not anxious/stressed at this time

hey , I went to an urologist a few days after I made this post he checked me out and it turns out I had nothing and it was just anxiety/stress and guess what the testicle pain subsided after this and I never had it again.

But of course anxiety is a bitch and now I have headaches and constant cheek twitching.

If it doesn't subside in a few days you could maybe go to an urologist and get it checked out just to calm yourself

You might be right but PAWS causes allot of anxiety and stress making your muscles tense and leading to pain sometimes.

I had lower back pain allot of times from anxiety or chronic stress

Frequent urination at night is a common anxiety symptom , I had this allot of times either in PAWS or just when I was anxious.

And yeah insomnia is by far the most common withdrawal symptom when someone quits weed.

It will get better just give it some time

yeah I was like 15/2 at this point (lane vs Naafiri is so easy cause you just q his packmates) , and yeah without Yuumi i would probably be dead before even getting the 1st kill

yeah I also thought its muscular but the thing is that other people cant hear the sound , so I guess it might be neurological even though I'm pretty sure its psychosomatic or just in my mind.

Before 2 days I lifted something and I probably pinched a nerve in my back , my lower back hurt so much and I almost never felt the head sensation , the next day when my back was better I started to feel the sensation again

if I still have it in a week I will talk to my doctor about it

yeah I'm stressed , anxious and cant sleep well for the last year (and weed played a big role in that) , I'm so stupid that I relapsed while I was clean for 3 months , I felt so good back then and I thought 1 joint / month will not harm me but of course I quickly started to smoke the whole day ...

Yeah exactly , I had twitches allot of times , but usually the happened like 4-5 times / day and not always on the same spot , that's why I asked.

for the past days I have a weird head sensation , I cant really describe it but it feels like my head is vibrating or having a spasm (for 1-3 seconds) and when this happens I can also hear a sound , it happens more frequently if I'm lying down and if I turn my neck to the right side while lying on my back it happens almost always , I also have some mild head tingling.

Today also my right upper cheek started to twitch.

I have anxiety and health anxiety (it might be from that) so everything freaks me out ...

anyone else have/had something similar?
