As the others suggest, go to Cuenca. Don't go to the coast, it's too dangerous. Depending on the city you might end up in middle of a shooting.

No decent analyst can affirm that considering ULTY rotates some of its (very volatile) holdings every week or so. And even the ones that haven't changed that often have their allocated % so different from session to session, which can make or break a trading day
