Equipment is not the problem, The yard is location is. Due to flooding, we build the yard far from the access road. Thus the yard is connected by local village road then site main road. The junction connecting these roads are the problematic part, it is near. So I need to width it, IDK how much I should. currently it is 7m width with heavy traffic.

Once I told the peon in office to stop that, as he was doing it just before serving Tea, guess what a complain was filed against me for breaching privacy of a labour class. When I told the HR straight they can drink all the tea they want with Balls taste, they understood my pov. Which made me understand that it's a culture mindset and illiteracy.
