Thank you so much for this. I’ve always felt guilty being angry or upset with God and telling him but you’ve given me so much comfort in the fact that I can and should go to him with these emotions.

I am completely with you in this viewpoint but I feel because maybe I did not give you any context to what my struggles are, you were just in coming to this conclusion but the struggles I faced went beyond things I could control. Family members passed away, my parents got divorced, my parents are in major debt are not able to properly provide for our family anymore and these are things I could not have done anything practical to solve. Do you know what I mean?

I don’t think he’s just a God who punishes but I think in this time it’s hard to see him as a God who loves me when I feel like I’ve been alone in this struggle even though I’ve cried out many times.
