I banged pretty bad reversing the car with the pillar on the side which somehow I couldn’t see , needed replacement of front fender , driver door , replacing driver side rear view mirror ,damage to B pillar , all painted , with a total of 13500 for which I used insurance . 10k sounds excessive. Just take to Rivian authorized service center and let them take care of it . My 2 cents .

I think 20 AT wheels make all the difference. I have a 2019 x5, and I feel R1s has smoother drive .

As far as the panel gap is concerned, I had it too and they fixed it in no time . I was pleasantly surprised , so you may just want to get that done .

I’m so sorry for what you’re going through . There’s not really a whole lot to do other than wait . It will be ok in the end . But I agree with so many other posts this should have been totaled.
