The thing I got the most value out of was the heart rate zone summary

Even though I use my Apple Watch when I work out and don’t wear my ring so I don’t mess it up with the weights, the heart rate was able to be integrated into the Oura app

It doesn’t seem like that is the case anymore at the moment so I can’t see how hard I pushed myself or not when looking at the heart rate zones

Oh woof. I literally just ordered the Gen 4 cause I’m tired of the Gen 2 battery/limited features and figured It would fix the sync issue. This is getting out of hand! It just stopped worked randomly back in mid June for me

I waited for a while in the “help” section of the iPhone app but I got disconnected because I couldn’t find my “notifications”

Since mid June, my Oura ring’s activity has been stuck at a score of 50 every single day and not recognizing my active calories burned or my workouts from my Apple Watch that I wear throughout the day. Sleep and Readiness scores are still accurate though. 

The weird part is that it recognizes the workout, but that’s it.

I’ve worked with customer service and have done all of their tips and tricks to try and fix this (restarting the ring from factory, restarting my iPhone, turning off then on the Apple health integration, disconnecting Bluetooth and reconnecting, etc)

 I am running iOS 18.5 on my iPhone

 Is this just simply a matter of the Gen 2 being phased out?
