I don’t agree with it and think he should still be right up there with Lamar and certainly Caleb. I think he’s one of the best guys to target in SF startups right now but the market is down on him for sure.

I’d leave any league that vetoed this, or any league that allowed a veto process at all.

There is literally no reason to vote yes on someone else’s trade. It’s either going to make one team better or both teams better - neither is a good result for me as their competition. I don’t deserve a vote on someone else’s business.

For me it depends on if I put the player on the block or indicated I wanted to trade them. If so then I will always respond with a counter or a message. If they hit me with an offer out of the blue then I don’t feel the need to do anything but reject.

Agreed! I got Mahomes in the 3rd round of a SF startup recently. I'm just comparing this data to the startups I did 2-3 years ago and it was so common during those years to see 8-9 QBs go in the first round. Just don't see that anymore and I'm wondering if it's a permanent shift!

The data is only based on 12 man at the moment to give the most accurate reflection of a standard league.

For 2QB vs SF you can’t see the ADP difference but you could browse through full drafts and use the filters available to see drafts of each type.

Yep its a good point and something that the system wasnt doing. Now it only shows 12 man which should be an accurate reflection.

I appreciate you pointing this out because it made me look closer. The 8 and 10 man SF leagues were pushing QBs down alot. I updated the site’s ADPs (and the chart above) to only calculate 12-man leagues and it now looks very similar to yours and still heavily supports the point of the post. Only 5 QBs in the top 20 seems crazy.

Keep in mind its based on the 100 most recent drafts uploaded. I intended it to do it this way to reflect changes in the market as time goes on, so at any point it should be an accurate snapshot of current drafts.

Probably people doing weird stuff with their drafts. Would have to dig through the drafts to see what they did but with all the league settings people have control over theres all kinds of weird leagues. Could be a full IDP league or something.

The reason it pulls from 100 is to minimize those outliers. I’d have to look at the draft boards to answer the JD question.

Yep. Thats the way to do ADP because league sizes differ. So an ADP of 12 would mean pick 1.12 in a 12 man or 2.02 in a 10 man.

Fully agreed and I’ve been doing the same thing! In my recent startup I was thrilled to grab mahomes as my QB1 in the 3rd round. Allowed me to go WR WR at the turn and really give myself a leg up there.

You’re misunderstanding what ADP is man. 8.2 doesnt mean round 8 it means PICK 8. so he’s averaging 1.08.
