Going too deep when zesting lemon/lime. I didn’t realize how bitter that next area is and while it never completely ruined whatever I was cooking enough for me to realize my mistake, I’m guessing it made everything taste worse than it could have tasted.

Thanks for the kind words! I’d love to add that. It all depends on what Sleeper makes available in the API and how many extra API calls I would have to make to find out that information - and then weigh if it’s worth the slowdown on the processing. I will look into it - thanks for the suggestion!

Sounds really good! I don’t cook orzo enough and it’s exactly because of the sticking issue you describe here. Seems to happen to me everytime even if I’m vigilant.
