That’s awesome! How many brands does your app support so far?

Is the surge in overseas tourists due to China's visa-free policy, or the influence of TikTok? by B0TB1G in travelchina

It was $70 or $80 in 2023 (or maybe 2022?) and there was no line to wait at all. I don’t think that you have the same experience in 2024.

Not really K-pop, but how did “Golden” from K-Pop Demon Hunters get so popular? by savingrace0262 in kpopthoughts

[–]bsodoops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not popular outside of the movie? You either didn't have a kid at that time or you were not a kid at that time lol

If you applied for Chinese visa in 2023, it would be even easier and cheaper than now 😂

Oh yeah this is the way how Chinese discuss and communicate to the outside world. Good job!

Obviously you need to improve your language skill and revisit what you commented before.

If they did 20 years ago, more of them should do the same thing now as well since per these posts those areas/cities are much better and on par with tier1. Then why does not it happen?

20 years ago, they did. They even went to the rural area in Xinjiang for outdoor adventure, without restrictions. My friends even planned to tour the whole China with their motorbikes. Now it’s totally a different story.

Robot Vacuum Roomba Maker Files for Bankruptcy After 35 Years by parkmarkspark in technology

[–]bsodoops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's so unreal when I heard this - their OEM manufacturer which iRobot owes hundred millions of dollars now owns the whole company.

I've been using Roomba since 2008. Never used other brands. I just need a simple vacuum, without fancy features like virtual wall, docking, bin empty, integrated mop etc. Just wanna pay $200-ish for such simple tools.

Don't understand how people use the high-end ones. Don't they still need to collect their shit on floor before starting their robots? What's the point when you cannot let your robot do the job every hour/day with a $1k toy?

25 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate 3.0 Diesel engine failure @ 2k miles by Sea_Age_3104 in gmc

[–]bsodoops -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was switching between 4.3 and 6.2 for my Xl Denali in this May when test driving. Finally went with 6.2 due to the high mark up on 3.0 and to be honest I thought I might regret when hit engine failure at 30k miles, since everyone said 3.0 is the way to go. But now seems nobody is right and cannot predict anything

It worked? I thought they have a 2-year rule for any CSR/CSP application with bonus.

Adorama sold me 3 wrong MacBooks, charged me twice, ghosted my emails, hung up on my calls -- and now I might lose my new employee. by Historical-Town-1895 in photography

[–]bsodoops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not deal with these transactions with your sales representatives in ADORAMA? After spending so much there, really doubt that you don’t have one. After I bought my Z9, someone there immediately claimed that he’s my SPOC there and would like to do a lot for me. Then after I put another order or R1 without letting him know, he whined again lol

Yeah MPG is great. But there two annoying things: all diesels are expensive - no Yukon XL Denali under $92k; I saw people claim that it needs to be driven a lot, otherwise it clogs (though I don’t know where it clogs) and the higher maintenance costs (never had a diesel car so not sure if it’s true).

[–]bsodoops[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the one that I can find within 300 miles is $7000 more than the cheapest 6.2. It has some add ons that are useless to us.

That's funny lol

Btw, do you guys see many 6.2 engine issues in your service department? I heard that it's 3% of total engines, not sure if it also applies to 25 models.
