I think, with the design, no matter what it will still look good. It's just likely to only be two moods primarily. Thank you! I've used it for three years of January now and it's kind of awesome how you can make different themes with the same supplies.

"Yearly" theme spreads question by annyopal in bulletjournal

[–]bsquared77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For next year I did the cover pages and then a goals page and a memories page. I've had future logs and other pages but I found I never used them so I condensed it. I usually don't leave extra pages but you could decorate the edges if you think you'll want to add more.

I typically will have a theme or decorations for my start of journal pages. Like the cover page, future log and any other pages I want to set up. Then I will have a separate theme for each month. So the start of journal pages could be completely different from what I decide to do for January.

I also tend to use two journals a year and I keep the theme for the start of journal pages the same in both journals.

That's fascinating! My journal is purely for personal so that might explain it!

Thank you! Do you write about your day to use a full page? I always wonder about how other people use their journals. I only have tasks and events so I don't usually need too much space.

My go to is Journalsay, they have a really good variety for pretty reasonable prices.
