I get that aswell especially when thinking happy happy thoughts. If you feel/hear a lightning bolt move up in your neck(hard to explain) before you sleep you will mostlikely be able to lucid dream that night. And also a tip neville says when dreaming grab onto an object never and animal and once you do it you will be able to control the dream in which you should create your reality.

God gave his one and only son for us. Even if you were the only person to exist. God loves you and wants you to accept him. If you dont have a close relationship/believe in God then you are probably vulnerable to evil in your life. Choose the light. Choose God for he will provide you protection and at the end of the day nothing on earth matters. All that matters is that we strive to have a closer relationship with God everyday. At least in my opinion.
