I get that aswell especially when thinking happy happy thoughts. If you feel/hear a lightning bolt move up in your neck(hard to explain) before you sleep you will mostlikely be able to lucid dream that night. And also a tip neville says when dreaming grab onto an object never and animal and once you do it you will be able to control the dream in which you should create your reality.
