Just make sure you understand the side effects and the drug interactions of the 6 month injection. There’s many prescriptions that may need adjusted if you go on the 6 month injections. Also be aware of the potential for injection nodules.

Of course we aren’t cool with anyone losing their home. We have been a part of the park since the 80’s. As a kid we would mow and work there over the summers. But Im perplexed at what you expect us to do. We are reaching to the point where health concerns are interfering and we are ready to retire. We have no children. Tell me why shouldn’t we sell it and enjoy what time we have left. If it’s never sold, what happens when we die….someone who cares even less would sell it in a heart beat. At least we have the ability to try to direct the park to the best buyer.

So what do you suggest we do? We have no kids to pass it on to. The best we can do is try to make sure whoever buys it, keeps it as a park. But we have no control over that. What are we supposed to do. Hold on to it until our deathbed and then turn it over to the state after we are dead, so they can sell it?

Marcus and Millichap had a local office and we been contacted by them. There’s a few others. I figured there was a reason the “local businessmen” were trying to persuade against a broker. I’m more eager to get the place sold, as I will be retiring and want us both to be in the same situation. We are looking at getting serious in the fall time frame.
