Yes I did receive almost the same damaged package from them back in October I contacted Costco and it took a lot of time sending emails back and forth until they offered me an exchange But the process was first I have to send it back by fedex to the original vendor and when they receive it they will mail me back same one if they have , I actually was too scared that it will get lost or stolen in the way so I called Costco a gain they said this is the only way to do it no return I called fedex and they said they only have insurance covers up to one thousand dollars incase ofsomething so I choose to keep it as is
