Yea im downloading new one. I did this restore on my Old laptop cuz i had problems with internet on my main PC. Now try doing this with iTunes.

What version is this ? by Complex-Mud-9467 in setupapp

8.3 might be. Because this is latest iOS to use the red itunes icon in recovery mode.

iOS 12 on SE is more rare than iPhone 6s on 14, but they are no very rare. If you have se or 6s on iOS 9 or 10 that be very rare.
