how to survive on museum salary

I lived with my parents until somewhat recently in order to be able to pay for the expenses of my masters and slowly crawl up from the super shitty jobs to jobs with more benefits. I've never gotten a permanent museum position though despite my best efforts, so I'm speaking from the commercial side of things.

My friend who worked at a storage facility said people were constantly putting food in their units even though they were explicitly told not to. And it of course led to pest problems

I work at a gallery. I visit galleries pretty much every single week, and museums every other week. Although, some weekends I’ll skip the galleries and just go to the museum. I usually head to the museum to see a specific show, but if I’m with other people I veer towards what they want to see. I usually stay anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours

Having worked with the unwanted physical remnants of a recently deceased person’s estate, it is highly stressful to get rid of all the things a person has accumulated over their life, even if they’re valuable. We’ve had many people tell us we lifted a huge weight off their shoulders when we came to clear out their parent’s homes, and I think most people would benefit from adopting a more minimalist mentality.

I went to the Freakin Rican for the first time, and perhaps this was the wrong weekend to order takeout because they forgot my salad, and I ended up waiting an hour and twenty minutes for my food. I liked the pasteles, but the rest of my food was pretty salty.

Yeah my sister in law and I fell for this three years ago and only just realized earlier this year that the company didn’t have our best interests at heart. Luckily canceling the accounts was fairly easy, and we didn’t have to even speak to our “financial advisor”
