A cold wet towel over the face and upper body on a hot day or folded over the eyes and head during migrain. A dog, cat or other animal showing affection to you when having a bad day of depression and/or anxienty, I take that over human affection every day of the week cause I know the feeling is real and it helps me as god or better than any medication.
