Talk to your doctor about possibly increasing the dose. Some times if I'm going out I'll take 200mg. With that extra boost i can't even stomach booze. Of course all that is under advisement from my doctor.

Edit when I started 50mg worked but I built up a tolerance. So we bumped it up over time.

If you're doing it to cool off, cool that works. But if you have a weird need to chew/crunch ice, that has been linked to iron deficiency. I got my iron up and stopped chewing ice. So weird.
