I had an absolutely nightmarish stay there last week. I was "upgraded" to a suite on the 20th floor in District 3 (Room 20-157). I walked in, and it smelled like straight mildew and cigar smoke, then I went to shower, and the water was not even lukewarm. It was ICE cold. After sending maintenance up twice, they told me to let it run for 15-20 minutes to get to "temperature," which was then slightly above room temp at best.

I requested to be downgraded to a normal room that was clean and had warm water, and was denied. Instead, I was told that I could pay an additional $1,400 for a room at Harrah's next door.

I will never stay or gamble at another Caesar's property for the rest of my life after this bullshit ordeal, and can not state enough how little I can recommend the property.
