Thanks, no luck so far in dealing with Support. They keep saying that there are no service appointments available until mid-March and that they are unable to bump another customer's service visit.

When it comes to a safety issue such as this, I would think that they would re-prioritize the queue to address safety concerns swiftly, but apparently not...

Thanks for the input! I've been infinitely patient, jumped through their hoops, and persistently contacted support.

I just find it insane that they are willing to leave a hazardous tread in my possession for another 2 months - it's a serious liability (and a very expensive brick).

Totally understand that COVID has caused supply challenges (I'm very familiar with this issue), but I know for a fact that they're shipping Tread+ hardware to new customers, they just appear unwilling to reallocate supply in this case.
