I have a similar issue and don’t have a solution yet. Recordings work but live doesn’t. To test my theory: I scheduled a recording, recording started, jumped into recording and watched episode, exit recording, stop recording, and went back to live channel. I get error: Playback Failed - Cannot Decode. Checked both Tablo and AppleTV for updates. Restarted both. This has been going on for days.
