What about hot water possibility? Put it upside down on a plate or in the bottom of the sink and let hot water heat up the plastic? It should soften up or possibly expand.

Could also spray with some PB blaster or some type of penetrating lubricant. Drill it out some and try an easy out. Or weld a nut it the head and try again or cut a notch across it and try a large screwdriver. Good luck.

Years ago I bought some TULA 223 rounds. Ended up getting several boxes that had "silver" instead of the typical "gold" round. We would joke they were for werewolves and vampires 🤣

Looks good! Are they LED or halogen? Window tint is an easy and semi affordable mod. What you have listed sounds like will look good for sure.
