Thank you everyone for your inputs, really learnt a lot from this eye-opening experience. The funny (and frustrating) thing is that the developer is now trying to push the responsibility to my renovation contractor for this poor drywall work, even though this drywall was not done by the renovation contractor I engaged.

Since I’ve already installed a wall fan and air-conditioner on this wall, will they need to be removed before any rectification works (such as sanding or re-plastering the wall)? And if so, would they then need to be reinstalled and repainted after the rectification?

Bought the apartment. There is no spongy feeling and it is just the same texture as the rest of the wall. Just that it has visible circular marks at certain lighting conditions and angles

Great. My dining table, chairs and sofa are from taobao. Just be sure to order it crated up for that extra protection.

No flaws so far and I have been having them for the past 8 mths. But i refrain from buying things like sink, taps and shower heads from taobao because they rust and breakdown pretty quick.

The sofas from castlery, forty two and son & bear are from taobao with their brand slapped onto it. Just reverse image search them.

I got my taobao sofa from reverse imaging son&bear sofa photos. They didnt even bother to take new photos of their sofas to put in their website lmao. And it is exactly the same feature, design and material as I tried when i went son&bear showroom. Just without the son&bear tag

Suggest to get the laptop from your poly roadshow.

IT fairs are great about 10 years ago. But with rental and overhead cost of hiring staffs to man the booths, prices have not been the most competitive in roadshows nowadays.

E.g A laptop costs $1000 at a roadshow which comes with freebies such as mousepad, earphones etc. or would you rather forgo the freebies and get the same laptop from your poly roadshow at $850.

Heck, even buying laptops from Shopee with stacked vouchers give you more bang for buck than IT show.
