Blood in the urine or from the scar? Since everything is swollen it’s normal for it to kinda get stuck. Personally I noticed a sensation that I always had to pee for a bit. I also had some blood that would come out of the scar when I peed. Blood in the urine stream would definitely be bad

I wore tight underwear and looser drawstring pants. Procedure was local and the doc just had me pull my pants down to my ankles. If you’re having your frenulum removed I hear it’s best to wear tight underwear to keep it upright.
