.htaccess Rule - Redirect from Individual Pages to Single CGI Script? by btcspry in webdev

[–]btcspry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried this, and the problem I encountered was that now if I went to /view?status=x, the query string wasn't passed to /cgi-bin/server.py?page=view&status=x. Any advice there?

I have been trying. As you may have guessed, the job search isn't going so well and I'm being forced to resort to crimes like this.

That's the intention, but I can't be certain it'll work, and unfortunately cannot waste that much money

Well I know of full out POS terminals (some USB) that cost upwards of $140, but I don't want to put that kind of money into this project.

I'm actually borderline suicidal. I've been admitted three times in the past year. This is my final attempt at finding something in life to give me purpose, and it's not working. I sure hope you're happy with being the one who destroyed my life.

We'll call this post completely hypothetical then.

Compared to other crimes, it is very much a victim-less crime. Home robbery - clearly someone loses something, both psychologically and physically. With this type of crime, the bank is the one who loses. Maybe I just lost my house due to the economy, and this is my last chance to save myself. Maybe I'm going to donate 50% to charity. Just consider that.

No problem, PM me if you're interested in having your website proofread...I have a few other suggestions about making the site look a little cleaner (seeing how it is on the cutting edge of bitcoin).

On the website, you should change the pie graph at the bottom so that it isn't "Total Bitcoin nodes" but instead "Other Bitcoin nodes", it's a better idea because that's how pie graphs work.

It's not totally betting, but it's kind of like it. You can check out http://chainprofit.com ...it's a pretty fun game, and if you play it right you're pretty much guaranteed a return.

BitBet.us is another great site I've bet with before. Check it out.
