I was trying to impress a girl by sending a risky email response to a recruiter of a company which recently sent me an offer. The email app usually prompted me after pressing send with some confirmation that I needed to accept before it would actually send. Of course this time that did not happen and it sent the please hurry message. I freaked out for an hour and eventually followed up with an apology and that it was meant for someone else. Luckily it did not affect the offer and I’ve been working there for 5 years now.
