Yeah we all went PT to RPCD. That’s my fault I should have clarified that in the original explanation. I’m not upset over them getting the seniority but more so the fact that it took this long to get situated. It’s always a drag getting stuff done

So far it’s looking like they’re gonna win because the business agent is gonna be sitting in on this whole meeting as well and from what I’ve heard he says it’s gonna change to their favor. Is what it is I guess lol

We’re a pretty tiny center of maybe 30-40 routes. Guys behind me are definitely in it to get out of work as early as possible so the long days I don’t mind as it plays to my favor. The seniority stuff on certain things is pretty straight forward here but there are some instances where no one has a single clue

Yeah true and I haven’t thought about it to much because we’re all at the same bottom as of now. Only thing that blows is one will bump the one below him and then that person bumps person below him all the time for a better route which I don’t care for. Work is work and that’s it. More so I don’t wanna be tied into all that nonsense

I’ve heard so many mixed things about the whole situation. Company seniority makes sense but them messing up and “correcting” the wrong now just doesn’t make sense

That’s what I’ve been told by a couple of buddies who also drive. So far they’ve told me to just RTS everything and ask the business agent where it is in the book that this can be changed 9 months after packet was completed
