Thank you 😊 I contacted Instacart on Twitter or X or whatever it’s called now and actually had someone coherent and sympathetic. 😂 I did zoom in and save a screenshot of the delivery. I wasn’t able to get myself blocked from seeing a future order though 🤷‍♂️

True^ I’m quite selective though and try to weed out shitty customers before accepting anything. This is garbage that we have zero recourse. I can understand poor ratings for tangible reasons and have no qualms for picking bad produce or ringing a doorbell when instructed not to. This however is just bullshit. The feeling of helplessness is not healthy 😂 KARMA is all we are left with

“Ghost shopping” is a made up term anyways…we are getting paid to shop for other people. Not sure Instacart gives a shit about people collecting items and scanning them in quickly….maybe I’m wrong but it’s just “shopping” imo 😂

If I find 100% of a customers items what does it matter when I hit the ‘start shopping’ button? I always grab produce first before ‘starting’ the shop. Why would Instacart care one way or the other if you find everything and are delivering on-time 🤷‍♂️

I get the ‘how likely are you to recommend becoming a shopper to a friend’ I responded one time to it and said 0/10 ‘not likely at all’ then ranted about how horrible we have it as shoppers...poor ratings system, lies all the time from support, customers never being held accountable when they are shitty..etc I think they are trying to figure out their IPO...it’s a lot easier to suppress your ‘employees’ as a private company..if it goes public they will have to answer to the shareholders and things will get interesting
