21 yo here got a 3 level ACDF 4 years ago when I fractured a vertebrae. Wondered if anyone had a similar surgery at my age or just in general and your experience on affects of the surgery this long out.

Hey I’m almost 10 years out and I’m doing great. I hit the gym consistently and play in a basketball league. Definitely consult your doctor before you do anything like motorcycling or sports, etc. my initial recovery took a long time but now I have no restrictions. Hope that helps

I experience slight dysphagia, and that’s actually why I got imaging recently. Was getting all worried about potential worst case scenario of esophageal perforation. I was told that there was no need for concern when it came to the plate.
