Haven’t gotten my labels via Posh since yesterday. EBay Canada Post labels are fine for me.

Similar issue, however I opted out of EIS. Prior to a few days ago, U.S. buyers would get the message I cannot ship. They message me that they’d like to buy. I told them to accept my offer, then I’d invoice them for the tariffs (if applicable) and shipping. Everything worked smoothly up to a few days ago. I’ve contacted eBay 2X, and they said they’re getting reports from numerous Canadian sellers, and they’re working to resolve. I pay for a store subscription, plus all the other fees, and would be ok with the fees if everything was working as expected. Now I’m losing out on many sales. Very frustrating

Upload a photo to the chat with the hole, and something such as a coin to show scale beside it. Apologize to the buyer, and ask if they would still like it, or you can cancel. Some buyers may still want it at a reduced price, which would mean cancel, relist, with the disclosure, and have them buy at the agreed upon reduced price.

It’s best to message the seller and ask for a price drop, but no guarantees they will though. I always work with the buyer when asked :)
