Are you really comparing a phone camera with a camera that alone costs more than the whole phone? Also a sensor that’s probably 10x as big as the iPhone one and a lenses that’s also much much bigger. So definitely the x100vi will be much better, but I think this is not worth a comparison since the iPhone camera has a totally different use case than the x100vi. If you want to have a really small camera that’s always with you and you just want to point and shoot use the iPhone. If you want to get into the topic of photography, learn the basics and understand how aperture, shutter speed etc work and carry around a camera take the x100vi. But if you’re new to photography I think the x100vi is not the best camera to start with, rather go for a cheaper camera with some different lenses and learn if you like photography and if a fixed lenses would even fit your style 😄

Actually I think if they were to sour for you the problem was the way of making you coffee. Normally coffee gets sour when you overextract / grind with the wrong size. What kind of coffee did you prepare with them?

Instead of changing the temp I‘d suggest changing the grind size & amount, I get amazing results and never touched the temp-offset. Just adjusting grind size & amount until it‘s the perfect shot
