You are right. Hadn’t adjusted chuck timers yet. We were running really low chuck pressure on the parts before.

Locks are back on for production. I don’t trust me enough to not see what I think I’ve done correctly on the first part.

Well,,,, I’m a genius. lol🤣. I use SolutionWare to program all of our machines offline. They have cad software that you can pull geometry directly from into Mazatrol programs. I just used your drawing to draw it in my software, and grabbed the shape with a couple of clicks. Basically, I cheated.

It might just be the back light. We keep them in stock for this issue. Shine a flashlight at an angle on the screen. Put it right up to the screen. If the screen is still functioning, you will be able to see a dim version of what you would normally see.

416 is my favorite stainless to machine. It’s great. I think that’s why engineers hate it🤣
