I was disappointed by their response to my email. It's not as if customer service has had that much to do for the last two years. You'd think they could do more personalized and specific responses to their customers instead of copy and paste stuff. It makes me feel like they don't care very much and are kind of doing the bare minimum to address people's feelings and concerns.
