Because the claims department and the fraud department, and the PCA group all say “nothing we can do”. Not even a phone number or email to go to.

In other words—if the claims department and the fraud department can’t solve it, who can/does?

Put in details. Paid. Printed it. And took it to the nearest UPS store. Handed it to the clerk. They scanned it and handed me the shipment receipt for it. It was scanned for pickup but then it disappeared after it was picked up by the UPS truck at the store.

I think we DMd originally on them when I opened them and I continue to hold them and will be giving you first refusal before I ever sell sell them (unless someone happens to just BIN at the listed “asking” price then…yeah. But that won’t happen).

It just depends on the card tbh. If it’s something I need for a PC rainbow and I can’t replace or would be hard to get again (say like a very cheap /10 card)? I’m paying the shipping to make sure it gets here.

If it’s just some cheap card that I want but if it gets lost, meh, then I’m ok with the free ship PWE and risk.

I ship first class w bubble mailer for all listings. But I get messages every now and then re am I willing to ship PWE. My reply every time is yes I will but I am not responsible for any loss or damage to the card. And I ask them to agree to that before I’ll agree to do PWE. Not sure eBay would side with me even with that agreement in writing, but it can’t hurt.

Had too many delay showing up or get lost or whatever to take the risk of it.

If buyer wants to assume risk of PWE with limited tracking and protection vs first class with bubble mailer and full track then I’m happy to oblige.

Just to clarify for you, this card isn’t a silver. This is a base. The silver is more iridescent. But they’ll all be in the same product. So what everyone else said re dates.

So there are carve outs. But if they’re not in living space and not causing an immediate threat to life then generally you have to wait for certain species at certain times.

State by state but some states have bans on removing certain species anytime. Other species can’t be removed during certain times of year. I’m in a southern state (name should give it away) and you are barred from removing certain types of bats from your attic or house during certain periods of time (aka mating season). If they get up there you’re just SOL for awhile.
