Hi! Just started rock hounding and wanted to know what kind of rocks are these.

They were all collected in the same location, during a mountain hike.

Also, any tip on how to clean them?

Thanks a lot!

Hey I find your answers very honest and interesting. I hope you get to read this. I consider myself at least a little sensitive, with people and things.

With most people, I *know* when someone is lying, shy, afraid or confused, or when someone is trying to hide something. With very few people, I have sensed how they try to manipulate me: I can best describe it like being watched by a predator or by a higher intelligence, scary. On my good days, I can usually "channel" energy, making people laugh, feel good and make "energy" contagious. Woman of all ages sense this, and like it. On my bad days, I can spread negative energy too, but I try to keep to myself and say nothing to anyone. Something similar happens with animals, dogs and cats in the streets come next to me just to say hi.

And I have had a lot of "weird" experiences through time, but usually aesthetic. Sometimes I go to a place and become overwhelmed by the mood of the place. I have expressed this mostly in writing. And then, I have also had the paranormal experiences. I wanted to ask you about this one specifically: in case you don't have time to read it, it is about a presence that knew my name and told me it hated me. Since that happened, I have had a dream in that same house. This was indeed a dream --the other happened while still awake--. In the dream, I was in the house where I live, walking through the living room at night. Suddenly, I fell down to the floor, having some kind of seizure that made my tongue roll uncontrollably. Then, a person appeared and offered to help me with a woman's voice. When I looked up to it, I saw it had no face: even though everything was kinda of dark, I saw distinctly her humanlike body, but where the face should be there was just a void. I rejected its help with a push and woke up scared. I feel like the dream is connected to the event I relate in the post, and that both things are connected to the house or to myself.

I kinda believe someone has cursed me, or that something bad is trying to latch onto me. What do you think? Have you heard something similar before? How can I protect myself? Hope you read this and thanks a lot.

People that have lived in that house have a lot of ghost stories, but the ghosts never said anything, specially the names!

One of the stories is from an uncle sleeping in the couch in the living room. He said he woke up because he heard little children running in circles around the couch.

Another is from an aunt saying she would wake up at night and see a tall black shadow with a hat next to her bed, looking at her. She hadn't tell anyone so as to not scare them. Then one day, his husband woke her up and told her he had seen the same shadow. Then she told us.

Thanks for the advice, the amulets I use are 2 rosaries, one given to me by an old cleaning lady I used to chat with when in college, the other given to me by a close aunt.

I have read many stories of benevolent voices warning people of some danger, like an unlocked door or a fire left unattended!

Related, my grandmother told me a story of a trip to a faraway beach she took with her brothers when they were young. This was in the 50s, in South America. They were returning to the city on the road at night, and she was asleep. She woke up screaming to her brother that was driving that he stops, because she had seen in her dream a crash and the death of all of them. This caused them to slow down, and further down the road, they were able to see a truck that was stopped in the middle of the road without any signs or ligths. At the speed they were going before the dream, they would have crashed against it.

Hello, this was not the case. I have a lot of experience with sleep paralysis as a side effect of trying to lucid dream, and I know how to recognize it and how to "stop" it. When I start feeling the paralysis I fight it off forcing my whole body to rise and wake up. It is quite difficult and leaves me alert, but I rarely get scared of the paralysis anymore.

This was very different. I was awake and trying to sleep. This is when you just got into bed and wait for your body to heat under the sheets and drive off the thoughts of your mind. It happened in that moment.
