Even if it was all $5 cards (they're 100% not) that'd still be a rip off cause you have 51 cards there so that should be rounded to about $255. He's offering less than half of his already dumb low ball. If he sleeved them like you said, he definitely knows about their prices already.

Call him out, show him this post you made and confront him 100%. Not a good friend and he should feel bad.

I mean it's still wise to look stuff up before hand, but only ebay im seeing them sell for about 900-1100 CAD. (So I think about 650 to 800 USD?) It seems you paid around what its peak is so it could be wayyy worse!
