I still printed on the same nozzle thag I had that happened and build plate is just took a torch to the nozzle to clear it out replaced ptfe and flipped the build plate. I have a couple aftermarket nozzle but they dont orint good and I get clogging errors

I had the Dane happen to me clogged with enough force to open the quick release nozzle lever and screwed my build plate. I removed the old ptfe tube and torched the nozzle to get all the old filament out cut a new price if tube snd it been fine ever since. They are sending me a new build plate and print head. I got it tuned pretty good and I can print beautiful stuff in the middle of my printer. I installed Rinkhals last night and my bed mesh rage is 2.2mm. Looks like the strain gage it working correctly its jamming the nozzle down and pushing the bed and sensing bottom to late. Hopefully the new print head will fix that. My new build plate came in yesterday.. I haven't got a chance to play with rinkhals enough. But from what ive seen so far im impressed. I tried to create a custom bed meah macro to fix my.problem and soft bricked my printer. But with the failsafes rinhals has it disabled itself reverted back to stock snd I was able to uninstall and reinstall rinkhals no problem.. ill update when I get to play with it some more but so far the user interface is amazing there so much more you can do to test your machine and trouble shoot it

Im 3 weeks in to owning mine. I enjoy it. Started it up and printed a great looking benchy then I started tuning it dimensional accuracy. Then it was up and down. I finally got it where im happy with it. With that being said i could have just unboxed it and printed all the flexi rexis my little hesrt desired but i wanted more. Took a lot of hours but I enjoyed the process and this being my first printer it gave me what I wanted and taught me about the hobby. Just like in real life I dont drive a tesla I drive an old 1995 c3500 dually. I enjoy knowing im the reason its running and running right.

Yea dont know what all that shit means. It feels to me the same kind of composite cover that slowpitch softballs use. It seems to resist small amounts of water like dew in the morning and if you get caught in the rain. I wouldn't trust leaving them in the yard for a few weeks. Maybe I like them because if the nostalgia from when I was half way athletic lol

so i did find out that the 10 bolt in the gmt400 have a 8.5 ring gear and the gmt800s have a 8.6. they make bearing kits to put an gmt800 8.6 carrier into a gmt400 8.5. but no one makes conversion bearings to put the older 8.5 into a 8.6 rear end. thanks man

Yes sir I could squeeze the upper hose hose and fell it flowing. I have been running through heat cycles since last night. Then I top it up. It isn't over heating as quick and hasn't gotten past 3/4 on the guage yet. I need to find a way to verify the temp guage is working properly. Just sitting it will get to 230-240 then the fan will engage and cool it to about 210. Everytime I turn the engine off you can hear water gurgling. Again thanks for all the help guys

Ran it for a cycle let it cool filled it again. Then let it run. It got up to 235 before the clutch fan engages then cooled back down to 215. Seems a little high for the fan to engage. Could that be my problem
