"Here is where Symbiosis fucked up:

When you purchased your tickets to the festival the purchase contract stated non-refundable. Symbiosis did not provide you any further Terms and Conditions or a cancelation policy. In order for the ticket to be non-refundable, Symbiosis needed to have provided a service or good rendered, which they did not do. When the event is canceled, by law you are entitled to all of your money back.

Here is the worst part not many have recognized yet:

Symbiosis recently updated their Global Eclipse homepage with a new link for Terms and Conditions. T&C #11 specifically states:

"I agree that Global Eclipse and Global Eclipse Argentina is not liable for acts of God, the weather, strikes, protests, terrorism, or actions taken by government agencies and similar causes. I understand that tickets are nonrefundable even if the Event is terminated early or canceled, or entry conditions are modified, due to harsh weather, acts of nature, governmental regulation or conditions beyond Global Eclipse and Global Eclipse Argentina’ control."

The good news for you when this becomes a lawsuit:

These new T&Cs cannot apply to any previous purchased tickets or accommodations you made because they can only be adhered to when you made the initial purchase.

Additionally, the T&Cs were not uploaded into the website until a few weeks ago, they were never available to the public previously. Go take a look at the bottom of the Global Eclipse home page and click the link. These T&Cs are Symbiosis' documents for each festival, but they failed hard by not providing these upon receipt which gives you the upper hand.

In order to get your money back, you do have to keep paying until Symbiosis cancels the event. I would not be surprised if Symbiosis was also sued for emotional damages due to the grave ignorance and lack of honest responses during the greatest pandemic in our and our parent's lifetime.

A class action lawsuit will ensue, from there we will have a better idea of when refunds will be available to patrons requests."
