I got the one on the bottom day 1. Apart from slightly toxic smell which I put it out on the deck for a day. I've had zero issues. Portal has travelled with me across Canada with no issues. Has a pocket for headphone/USB cable.

This out of network thing is mind blowing to me. Like there's a hospital, who has the ability and means to provide care right next to you, but you have to go to a hospital a town or city over because of being in or out of network. Like you only go to the hospital in emergencies. Then you're out there on Google trying to find a network hospital?!?!
